Quick question to the new S25u users. These phones are out seem to be all about the AI features. Can they be used not using Gemini?
I personally don't use Gemini, as when I did, I found it too less than impressive and not something I really want on my phone. Saying that it's probably there whether I like it or not.

Gemini works fine with Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I'm using Gemini Advance, so for me no issues.
What specific you looking after? But if you aren't happy you can uninstall Grmini app. And turn off AI.1738524453882.jpg

Gemini is useful for searching the web and providing answers, Bibxy is for on device features. Ai is going to be on every future device across all eco systems. Are you looking for any particular use case

Not using it, I didn't like it and deleted it. But as I said it's probably still there whether I like it or not. Also using S24U

No point having an AI phone then. Id just prefer a different ai of my choice.

I'm glad you found Deepseek is for you. But I can say from my friend, he tried Deepseek and it isn't good. With questions which didn't "like", can't respond blames "network issue", "server issue". If you are developer deepseek not good for coding.

Just be careful, apparently by accessing you give up all your information and it can log key strokes, although that could be misinformation

Same can be said for all ai really. Google already has to much of people's information.
