Gemini AI not connecting to Google apps

Hi. Is it just my phone or is any other S24U user experiencing this? You ask Gemini to add events to your calender and it's unable to do so or set reminders or do stuff advertised it can do, but fall short? Is there something I'm missing or it just doesn't work for the S24U?

If you're trying to ask Gemini Live to do these things, then yes, this is normal.

Gemini can identify events from the camera but cannot add them to the calender, that's what I'm saying. Asks you to add them manually. And it doesn't matter which...it says it can't. Neither Google Calender, Samsung calender or Outlook.

But that's not what it's advertised to be able to do

Oh! My bad. It works. Turns out I didn't turn on Google Activities and connect to Google Workspace for the Google account logged on to Gemini.
