Galaxy store version

I checked my galaxy store app version on my galaxy S24+ and surprisingly my version is very old 4.5.72.1. Meanwhile on twitter I saw the latest is about version 6. I don't know how to upgrade to the latest because the app says its upto date. Any help?

6.1 is the Android Operating System not the Google Play System.

Your Galaxy Store is the latest version. There is no version 6. If you're referring to the system UI version, since you're using an S24 series phone, it will already be running OneUI 6.1. This isn't the same thing as the Galaxy Store.

My Galaxy Store just updated to that version this morning so I won't thought it's out of date.. you can't always believe what you you read on Twitter, alot of it is fake news used by scammers etc.
