I'm unsure whether it's a hardware glitch on my device or a software issue affected the entire S24 series, but I've identified a noticeable frame drop problem. As someone highly sensitive to frame rates, I can easily perceive frame drops. Replicating this issue involves turning off Wi-Fi, making the phone to switch to 5G mobile data. At this point, you'll observe a sudden change in screen color (brightening and warming), accompanied by a clear drop in the frame rate – evident through noticeable screen jitter during scrolling. Interestingly, if 5G has no data transmission for a while, the screen returns to normal. If you're out, congratulations, you're likely to experience this screen stutter throughout the day. Moreover, it's intriguing that enabling the show frame rates in the developer options it will consistently show 120Hz, even when frame drops occur. It feels like a driver or hardware-level issue. When recorded with a camera, the screen shows moire patterns during this switching process.

I've been experiencing the same issue on the screen. On my Galaxy S24, I'm also experiencing the same frame drops. I haven't been able to figure out what the problem is yet. Have you managed to find a solution for yours? I'm on the verge of returning mine since it's still within the warranty period.
