Flipsuit case s24 ultra

Can anyone help please.. turned off flipsuit case in error and now can't get it to come on again! Toggle is on in

Wallpaper settings but generic wallpaper still showing. Tried everything I can think of but no luck. Massive waste of money if I can't get it to display! Thanks in

advance!

I'm wondering if you take it off and refit the case will this jolt it into action @Mandy1

Hi, I've managed to get it on! I had the case on and off about 6 times, no east feat as it really tight, but still no joy. Then happened to fiddle around with the side where the volume rocker and power button are, and hey presto! I still don't know what the problem was. Only thing I can think is the case
Wasn't on snug. It's unbelievably difficult to get the phone in and out of it! I'm just relieved it's working again, it's a brilliant case and the effect on the lock screen and AOD is well worth the trouble! Thank you!

Thought I'd give an update to this for anybody joining me in danger of losing their mind...had another flipsuit plate to try so approaching it like a ticking timb bomb. I switched them over. Exact same thing happened again. I have spent 2 hours taking the case off and on again to no avail. And changing a million settings. Wracked my brains as to why no bother then first time I applied it and a light went on. I had my own wallpaper on then because everything had xferred over from my z fold 5. Swapped from Samsung stock wallpaper to one of my own and flipsuit came on immediately! I have tested and re-tested this and it works! Hope this helps someone down the line x
