Fast charging

I have an s24 ultra and I'm using the cable that came with the phone and my old oppo 80w super vooc charger bit I can't seem to get fast charging to work any ideas

Hi @Members_GZEfm0q  Apparently Oppo uses different wattage protocols , see  Us community  posthttps://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S/Charger-for-S24-Ultra/td-p/15585047  Therefore there may be issues.

Samsung specifications:The S24 supports fast, super fast, and wireless charging.

To use fast charging, you must have a charging cable that supports adaptive fast charging with a capacity of 25W.

Oppo use proprietary charging, so I doubt it would work.

Other chargers and cables do work, you don't have to only buy Samsung. My Meross 65w gan power strip usb port does the job too.

I use Anker USB fast charger and recently upgraded from pixel so works perfectly
