Fast charging not working

Bought the phone about 10 days ago, was fine until today. The ultra fast charging isn't working. Tried charging my phone with a regular type c cable and it seems fine. Tried charging my earbuds with the fast charger and it seems to work aswell. Both the phone and the charger seem fine but my phone won't charge.

Are you using a oem Samsung charging brick and cord ? If not then it's conceivable that the phone at first accepted these , but now does not. 

Are you able to try another Samsung oem or reputable known to be compatible fast charging brick and cable with the phone as a process of elimination  ?

When the phone is on charge check in Device Care under Battery to see what the charging status is showing, and double check fast charging is still activated. 

When you put the phone on fast charge the colour of the pop up charging circle should be different too. 

If you feel everything js as it should be then go back to the merchant who sold you the phone and ask for a replacement.
