Hello everyone, please I need help. My phone fast charge stopped recently, I have changed the adapter still not working. The fast charge is on. It takes 1hour from 70% to get to 100%.
Turn off the phone>Press and hold the Side key and the Volume up button>Release the Side key when the phone turns on> Press and hold the Volume up button until the phone enters Reboot Mode> Press the Volume down button to select Wipe cache partition> Press the Side key
Hi, I'm experiencing a similar problem. The phone will show fast charging 2.0 and blast quickly for the first 20 minutes or so showing around 1h to full. After that, the charging is allowed down, and time is extended to 1h to charge it from 70% to 30%. Original charger 45w charger and 5A cable. I'm not sure it's that feature protecting battery or fault. Things I tried: - different cables and bricks - wiping cache - charging without case - resetting all apps setting - cleaning charging port - factory reset Nothing helps. Does anyone experience that, or should I just send my phone for repair?
