I have now tried on 3 devices, used Edge and Chrome, cleared browser data, cookies etc and tried incognito mode. The submit button just doesn't do anything at all. Have chatted to support 3 times and they just keep saying the same things. So frustrating, I expect better from a company like Samsung. I don't want to miss out on the promotion as it was a big deciding factor in buying the phone in the first place.
