Hi,
Is there anyone who is facing the issue in submitting review form for buds3 pro.

I have now tried on 3 devices, used Edge and Chrome, cleared browser data, cookies etc and tried incognito mode. The submit button just doesn't do anything at all. Have chatted to support 3 times and they just keep saying the same things. So frustrating, I expect better from a company like Samsung. I don't want to miss out on the promotion as it was a big deciding factor in buying the phone in the first place.

I know how frustrating this was for me so I'll tell you how I got mine to submit:

 

I don't know specifically what fixed it, but it had nothing to do with devices, browsers, cookies, etc.. I actually fixed it by following these steps in order:

  • Submit a BLANK review. This will cause it to highlight all the areas in red which are missing information.
  • Upload your chosen image first.
  • Add order number next
  • Add review title
  • Add review
  • In the "name" field, just write "John" (trust me)
  • In the "email" field, use the email you used to purchase your device.
  • Press submit. It should then run a little search and tell you that the name "John" is already in use. Write another name which isn't in use, press submit again.

This worked for me.
