Hey @Sabclips
This situation obviously has stirred your interest and concerns , so no your not being over dramatic.
Personally with my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra I'm happy as long as I get a days usage with some change left in the battery 🔋
I appreciate my phone has the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC inside.
There are many help tips on the forum that may help and some also via a Google Search.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I have has the S21 ultra since preorder and never had issues that most people were moaning about the exynos s2100 at that time.
My current S24 ultra snapdragon gives similar battery life when my S21 ultra was newer.
Maybe a bit better battery life as is newer chip and better optimisation from 4 years ago.
SOT is subjective to apps used.
Why don't you just enjoy the phone you uy instead of trying to measure all these details by %.
Unless you are getting paid to do it 😏
Just chill and enjoy your phone.

@Sabclips Experiences may vary but I have not had a real issue with Exynos Devices and the performance relative to Snapdragon has improved in recent years, abeit not at the same level.
How strong is your |Mobile signal as if it is it weak will drain more Battery, you may to check the location permission for some Apps. Some other optimisation techniques here though may mnot wish to use all of them for the best experience. https://www.androidpolice.com/samsung-galaxy-s24-improve-battery-life/
you could try Resetting the Network connections,General Management-Reser-Reset Mobile Networks.
If issue still pressing an idea to send an Error Report it can also be advantageous to send an Error Report,, Samsung Members-Support-Send Feedback-Error Reports-Power/Charging/Battery. Include a description of the issue and be sure to include the system logs.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Below is what happened
1. Charged to 80% and disconnected phone at about 9 am
2. The phone was used for 27 minutes ( SoT) on WiFi only
3. Went out at 2 pm and turned off WiFi, and used only cellular data
4. Got back about 3:30pm. and decided to use the phone exclusively on cellular data
About 24 hours after last charged, this is the stats
Charged to 80%
SoT: 5 hours 23mins
Screen off time: 18 hours 15 minutes
Battery after experiment: 22%
Lesson and observations: Cellular data use (SoT and off-screen time) is almost as efficient as WiFi on a strong network on the latest update
Standby drain while on the move is less than half that on WiFi and cellular data at home (75 min vs 30 mins per 1% drop)
PS: 4G no 5G
