Hello,
I have a SanDIsk Extreme external USB drive. The format is ExFAT. I am trying to connect to my Galaxy S24 but the device doesn't recognise it. Is there any solution to this problem?

ExFAT is supported by the phone. I have one that I use to transfer data among several devices, MacOS, Windows, Linux and Android.
Is this a new HDD? Does it have a LED to indicate activity? Does it work fine with other devices?
I would try to put the drive on a Windows PC and check if it reports some errors. Restart the phone and try again. One thing to keep in mind, if the HDD is very full or have a very large number of files, it might take a bit of time to have the HDD ready.
