Hey folks

S24 Ultra - bought from Samsung and using a sim from Talkmobile.

After 4 rings, call goes to voicemail.

**61*121*11*XX# should be the code where XX is the number of seconds. It registers ok but still device only takes 4 rings then voicemail.

Talkmobile also suggested **61*121*10*XX# but the device doesn't like code.

Talkmobile say that they cannot change it at their end.

Any ideas please?

Hi @Piper123

I think you know what I'm going to say here, buddy.

This is controlled by the network.

A Google Search does bring up some suggestions.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Yep and tried. Been taking to Talkmobile but they are saying they cannot do it and I have to put the codes in.

Nothing working so far.

Have you tried going phone settings>connections. Then typing in voicemail in the search/magnifying glass. Then delete the voicemail phone number under the SIM that you're having trouble with?

I wouldn't have voicemail then?

But I want voicemail - just not after 4 rings

How many times do you want it to ring before you don't want to answer it!?

30 seconds would be ideal so say 10? Double what it is doing now

Like BandofBrothers mentioned, it really is with the network. I remember myself phoning customer services at Three and they extended it their end for me. Never have any trouble now. If my phone rings now and I don't want to answer it before voicemail kicks in. I simply reject it and it goes to voicemail.

Appreciate that but 3 different agents on different days have all said they cannot do it.

So what can I do?

Maybe try going into a Talkmobile shop near you. Maybe one of the associates there could work some wizardry.
Don't Talkmobile bounce of somebody else's network? If they do, perhaps that's the problem??
