March 11th 2025 and this is still and issue. I just got a new phone so I have been gaslighting myself to think maybe it was already like that and I just didn't notice. This has to he fixed.

Galaxy A53 here appears to be fixed. I've edited lots lately without a problem. Old videos from when I had the problem still cannot be edited but all newly made videos are editing without jerkiness motion degrading. Make sure you're software is up-to-date. Newest Media app version fixed my problem.

Not Fixed or the problem returned. A work around is to turn OFF [Auto FPS]

OK 2 years later not fixed. Turning Auto FPS off doesn’t fix it. I have a feeling all our phones are running Exynos processors vs Snapdragon. Samsung doesn't want to admit there's a bug or missing instruction in Exynos.

CAN anyone confirm updating to A15 ONE UI 7 fixes the video editor please. I'm reluctant updating as I heard it drains batteries faster but I'll do it even so if the video editor is indeed fixed.

First test video passed! I'll try some more in lower light but it appears to be fixed and I have to say, Android 15 is much-needed! Very polished and more useful over A14. Camera and Studio Video Editing apps are upgraded!
Saturday
FIXED! At least on my 2 test videos. One in daytime and the other nighttime panning around. No more jitters! Hopefully the bug doesn't reamerge ever again. Android 15 so far so good!
