Hi,
I'm using a Samsung S24+ and I have recently upgraded to Android 15 ONE UI 7.0. I'm using my dual physical sim and after the upgrade I lost the roaming of my second sim.
I have tried restarting my phone several times but still unable to use roaming on my sim.
Solved! Go to Solution.

The repair centre where I took phone to said that they have never encountered an issue like and doesn't know how to fix. They informed me that will be escalating the issue to Samsung directly.

I was able to manage the issue on SIM1(physical) with changing the preferred network mode from 3G to LTE or 5G. My carrier or the new UI7 probably does not supports 3G anymore. One more thing, after the update the APNs are not activated, when I restarted the phone I was navigated automatically to SIM manager to set them up. I am using Samsung A52, but the solution should work on other phones.
