Ever since the Introduction of the S21 Ultra, the Ultra's screen size has sticked to 6'8 inch whereas the S20 Ultra was at 6'9 inches.

I would suggest that the current ultra phone size hits the optimal for both screen size and overall phone weight and size.

Personally I wouldn't want the screen to be any larger. These screens are superb quality QHD+ resolution and Amoled technology.

Samsung also manufacture screens for many companies such as Apple and others.

I think if any size was decreased between S20 ultra and S21 ultra then it was a decision to optimise both the overall dimensions of phone and have the best size for a handheld.

Go back a few years before S20U and small tablets like the Google Nexus 7 were 7inch screen... we now have phones that nearly step up to those screen size dimensions.

I love my S23u and wouldn't want it any different or larger.

Curved vs flat i think and also cost cutting. Most of the flagships today are no where near the quality of the old s series
