Disney+ claim button greyed out

Preordered the S24. Trying to claim the Disney+ offer in the Wallet app. When I click on it the 'Claim now' button is greyed out and clicking it doesn't do anything.

I am signed into my samsung account, I am on the S24 device and I have not already claimed it.

How to fix?

Also the £30 galaxy store credit offer is not showing in my promotions either.

Did you check the tick box for terms and conditions?

You need to accept the terms and conditions for the button to activate.

In the screenshot that you posted,

Under terms and conditions there is a tick box which has Disney+ 12 months...  with a link to details. That tick box is for accepting the terms and conditions.
