Data transfer

Hi just got s24 first Samsung phone . had iPhone all my days and just wondering if you can transfer my data over from iPhone thanks

You can use SmartSwitch to transfer data, but not all apps will be able to be transferred. SmartSwitch is a Samsung app and will need to be installed on both phones check this page.

I would recommend a clean install and just copy over images and things like that and text message logs.

Yea I agree, we do hear a lot of people having problems when transferring most of their stuff from another phone using SmartSwitch. And then usually a factory reset is suggested which defeat the purpose of that SmartSwitch.
