After the terrible Android ui7 update the color contact notifications are no longer active. They are set up correctly however notifications are coming up through as regular color for everybody not specific contacts that I've set up or keywords as they're called. Any help getting this back would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to see if colour pallet is on ?
Settings > wallpaper and style > colour pallet > disable it if it's on.
If it's on try turning it on and select desired one.
Also are you using any themes?

Hello. Thanks for your comment. This is not related to a wallpaper color pallet or theme (neither are enabled). It is a color specific notification by different keyword (which I use exact contact names). It worked flawlessly before the android ui 7 update last week.

I'm having the exact same issue. Can't figure out how to change it back. Plus nobody seems to understand what I'm talking about. Just want my contacts to have their own colour notifications again 😩

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!
The best way I would suggest is:
Download the "Good Lock" app and go to "Theme Park."
Once there, go to "Themes," create a new one, click "Next," and click the second one from the bottom row. Change the colors to what you want, making sure they are easy to read. Click/ swipe Back, and then click the save icon in the top right (download folder icon). Name it; it will bring you back to themes, and you should notice the one you created. Click it and let it load. Done.
