Hello @Nath9430 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
Can you try the headphones 🎧 with another Samsung phone as a process of elimination 🤔
Perhaps try > Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

@Nath9430 assuming your "Samsung in ear phones" are wired through USB-3 or dongle;
1-check if you can find them in the "settings > connected devices"
2- activate the developer mode and check that "Disable USB audio routing" is not checked
3-in developer mode, try to choose a different option for "default USB configuration" and see if any makes it work
4-Of course the "Autoblocker settings" make sure you do not activate the strict option, you may need to turn the Autoblocker off altogether.
5-Try what @BandOfBrothers recommended regarding clearing the cache.
@BandOfBrothers Hello there 😊 I tried checking "USBSettings" and couldn't find it on the list of settings apps. There is something called "settings" on the list but not specific to the USB. kindly note that I am using the most recent One-UI6.1.1 update on S24 series.
