CLAIM FREE GALAXY WATCH 6 REFUSED DUE TO INCOMPLETE TICKETE

Hi All,

I have recently bought an S24 from Darty France. Further filling the request the galaxy watch 6, the request is being refused to the fact the ticket containing the imei etc. on the package, is incomplete.

However, I did not change anything and it is the ticket that was provided by Darty on the package. I am a bit confused as I do not understand why I am requested to provide a complete paper, that is not on my hand, and provided that way by Darty.

I need to ask now to Darty to re-give another paper, and already know their answer (I've received the phone with delay by the way).

Any idea on how to solve this issue?

Have you looked at the imei on the phone.

Hi,

My mistake, further discussion with the Samsung Support, I have realized that i was joining the wrong one (the one printed directly on the package needs to be attached and not the one sticked by Darty seller).
