Looks like the Exynos according to gsmarena

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

That is a very good point though. Not once during unpacked (unless i missed it) was there any mention of the SoC variants for any of the S24 phones.
From leaked information then the ultra is supposed to be getting the Snapdragon Gen 3, and the S23 and S23 plus the Exynos 2400 version.
However there was no 'official' mention during the Samsung presentation... and actually if you look at the phone information on the sales pages it just says Octacore or Deca-core.
I am surprised there wasn't a mention, usually during unpacked there is a big thing about the next generation chipset being used in the phones.
Currently in my mind they are unconfirmed which SoC processor is in any of the S24 devices.
Smiley.
