Look into the port with a torch. Does it seem bent, dirty or missing at all?
Try another cable.
USB-C does always have some give; it's by design to ensure it doesn't cause easy breaks.
*Get an air canister and blow air into the port. Do NOT blow into the port with your mouth, as the condensation can cause issues.
*Try using a very thin cloth or soft bud to clean out the port. Avoid using solid materials, as this can bend the pin on the inside.
If multiple chargers and the tips above aren't working, I'd suggest contacting customer support.
