It's subjective isn't is - depends on your use case.
I would say yes, others no. Have a look at reviews, videos on it etc.

@Masiha I would say depends on how well your current device is operating and how attracted you are to the features on the S24 Ultra. No new AI features will be rolling out to the S22 Ultra (at least in the near future) though depends how important that is it to you. certainly you will get a faster processor, power efficiency is said to much improved and should notice an improvement in Battery life. A number actually are impressed with the camera, even though some may have encountered certain issues.
Some have been somewhat annoyed that Vivid Mode is less vibrant but whilst not guaranteed that may be addressed with a software update. others though prefer the more accurate colours in Natural mode in any case.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

@Masiha have hands on with a working retail model in a Samsung Experience Store or a Highstreet Network store and have a look at the reviews on YouTube.
I have the s²² Ultra, s²³ Ultra and the s²⁴ Ultra and can say I haven't had any buyers remorse.
Enjoy the journey ✨️

Hi @Masiha
I have the S22 Ultra, and got the S24 Ultra, the differences are not enormous, but I love the S24 Ultra. It has the SD chipset, flat screen, better performance, etc. I am very happy with the S24 Ultra. You could always wait for the S25.
If I were you, I would go to a Samsung Shop and play with the phone. That will give you a good indication if you feel it is worth it.
