I have not received the latest Android 15 on my samsung galaxy s24 phone.

Where did you get your phone from?
If you look at the service provider software version under about phone and software information
The last set of digits will show what region the phone is from
If its outside of this region. Then that's why you don't get updates
Can try using smartswitch on a computer to connect your phone to check for available updates. Sometimes works

Hi @Reylob I am in the UK and I got the phone in the UK from the Raylo group (the firmware S921BXXU1AWM9

I have the S24 Ultra and the latest ends on BYEC. 

Is the CSC a UK one?

You can see it on:

Settings -> About phone -> Software information

An scroll down to Service provider software version:

Mine is EUX/-/EUX/EUX

IF your CSC is not a UK one, you might not get those updates.
