I replaced my s23 with an s24 ultra and received it yesterday, I took advantage of my trade in and 5% for using samsung shop. I understood I would qualify for cashback also by providing proof of purchase. Is this correct and how do I apply for this.....thanks.

@Denveruk Congrats on your new S24 Ultra! When did you purchase your S24 Ultra? We did have an offer for cashback if you purchase the device between 05/06/2024 and 02/07/2024. I was not too sure what the criteria was, I purchased it at the beginning of the week through samsung shop. I thought it stated something about using a code at purchase, which I was not aware of at the time.

I'd recommend contacting our Online Shop Team via 0333 000 0333, they will be able to inform you if there was such a promotion on our website at the time. They are open Monday to Friday: 8am-8pm and Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 6pm.
