Car Mode - Emergency Calls Only

Hi there....first post so go easy! Changed from iphone to S24 last month. Have connected the s24 to my car via Bluetooth and it will only make emergency calls no matter what I've tried. It was never a problem with the iPhone and am using the same SIM card..... Any recommendations to a fix? TY

I'm not sure what's going on, but Im able to make any call. i want it. Just tell google Assistant to make the call or text.

If your Samsung phone is displaying "Emergency calls only," it's having trouble connecting with your carrier. This could be due to a low signal or issues with your SIM card. 

To fix this, you can try these steps: 

Press and hold the Power button for about 30 seconds.

For some Samsung models, you may also need to hold down the Volume Down button at the same time.

When the screen turns back on, release the buttons
