Cant Get OTA updates since purchase

I got the s24 ultra last week Saturday and seen that's it's still stuck on May security update. I've not had any OTA update popup.

I've tried smart switch as well. I'm in Nigeria, what could be the issue and fix.

Here's my service provider info

I see you've tried SmartSwitch via a Computer is a good option to keep trying, as well as the software update section in your settings. 

Who supplied the phone to you 🤔

Did you buy the phone while abroad or import the phone into your region, or it might be the case the merchant you used sells grey imports ?

If so take I'd back it back and buy direct from Samsung directly if possible.

It appears from a Google Search that the CsC XAA is a US variant, which may explain the delay in software updates.

Your reliant on the region of origin pushing out updates. 

You should still get updates but at a different timeframe.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

We have seen this question a number of times in this forum, did you search before posting?

I suspect you've got a US device which is out of region and therefore not updating. This seems to be happening a lot in Nigeria. SmartSwitch is the only way to go. Someone else suggested maybe using a VPN linked to the US to drive updates through but I'm not aware if this was successful or not.

I have Nigerian S24 Ultra in the UK, but I have all updates up to the September security patch..... UK units are already receiving October updates, but I will have to wait, I guess, as still not available to me..... Maybe you have to contact Samsung support!
