@Dinuja_Bandara: When you're in Photo mode, check above the viewfinder and make sure that '50M' is selected, as this indicates that you're set up to take 50MP photos. If you see '12M', simply tap on it and select '50M' from the pop-up options. For deeper customisation options, swipe over to 'More > Pro Mode', as this allows you to control aspects such as the exposure, white balance and shutter speed, amongst others.
