S24 ultra Dex with Tab S9

I am trying to use Dex from my Galaxy S24 Ultra with Tab S9 as a second monitor. This was working fine, but now when I select my tab S9 in the phone Dex (it is in the list) says it can't connect. Is this a known error? Dex works fine with Windows and the tablet works fine with Windows as second monitor. The problem is just between the phone and the tablet

Why not just use Dex on Tab S9 itself ?

i use the smartphone with Personal and Work accounts/profiles and the Tab with just the Personal account. This way, I was avoiding to install a work profile in the tablet.

I am looking for a solution with work profile also using my s9 ultra. What works best for you?
