Bug: Live notification on UI 7 blocks touches after leaving

After leaving or closing the live notification, the screen in unresponsive until the live notification ending animation is complete. Watch how many times I have to tap the phone dialer until it opens, right after closing the live notification.

Did you restart the phone and or clear phone cache partition

Yes. Thats a bug, a restart / cache clear won't fix this
