Hi all & apologies if this is a stupid question? But when I try to boot up my s24ultra, by holding the power button & volume up(so I can get the boot options etc screen) it won't let me do it. I've tried loads of times,different ways(ie,just holding the volume up button,hold both power & up button,even volume down button!) But still won't get to that screen! It will boot to safe mode when I hold all 3 of the buttons though,so I don't understand why it won't boot to the screen I want to get to? Reason I need to is,because I've read that if you clear the battery cache thing,it really sets it which should stop the battery drain I'm getting,since updating to one ui7(its so bad!!) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or if anybody has any other way of getting to that screen or a way of clearing/reseting what i need to,would really help. Thank you in advance. Tc
