bluetooth Connection issues s24 ultra

So When I will connected my earphones with my s24 ultra from time to time,  sound goes off for like 1-2 sec its sounds like the sound is laggy or completely switching off for that period of time, Its happening most of the times when Im putting my phone into my pockets , not an issue with s21 ultra at all , Just to mention I have already replace my phone 3 times ...So far Im only having issues when using s24 ultra

Hi there

When you got your S24 Ultra, did you pair the earphones via set up through SmartSwitch or did you pair manually?

If through SmartSwitch, I would recommend you Reset Network Settings and try again.

Just manually pair my earphones and connected them so I have no idea what is going on.

@KylVie: Are you using a particular media app when the issue occurs. Does it only lag/cut out when you place the phone in your pocket? If you head to Settings > Display > Accidental touch protection, and toggle this option on, does this help at all?

Having the same issue! Assumed it was my headphones since I got both new at the same time, but have replaced headphones for a new set with the same issue.

With yt music, im only using IT,not a problem with s21 ultra,and yeah so far only when I put my Phone into poczet,accidental touch i have on as default

No still dealing with the problem.

Everything works fine when I'm listening in bed not moving, but as soon as I'm outside walking around with my phone in pocket it plays up.

Accidental touch is on, no music widgets on lock screen, listening to music stored locally on the phone.

Yeah simmilar issue here, Its so annoying like,Since I Have phone I only Have issues, with bluethooth connection and also s24 ultra perfomance much slower then my s21 ultra,the more IM with this phone more IM thinking of returning IT and trying diff brand

I unfortunately have the same problem and it was not resolved in any way.
