You are correct. I've had UI 8 for a while now with no issues. As soon as I got the Android 16 update it started this connect/disconnect circle. I've played around in Developer Options as well. If you find something that I haven't, can you comment here, pretty please!

Wherever I report this ***** through members app they give me the same identical copy paste reply to use smart tutor and contact them. Then they don't reply.

Same issue here S24 Ultra. Bluetooth for calls works fine, for audio, not so much. Hope they patch it and get it working.

For those with the same use case as me, that being primarily earbuds for media. what i do to use them until the issue is fixed is-
Step 1: play media from my phone and keep it playing (won't work if your Bluetooth pauses media upon connecting)
Step 2: turn on Bluetooth and make sure it's not scanning, make it stop if it is
Step 3: try to connect Bluetooth device, once it connects you should be good to go, however do not pause media. Once there is no sound playing for more than a couple seconds, my devices disconnect and I have to repeat the process. I usually turn my volume down to 0 instead of pausing if im going to be using them again soon.
Hope this helps!

Same. Then they told me to make a claim with my Samsung Care. I'm not doing that and having to pay a deductible because I didn't break my phone!

If I enable developer mode and on Bluetooth SAP connection activate "turn on SAP by force".
And then it allows me to select either phone or audio profile on the Bluetooth device. Not ideal but at least I can still connect the audio profile.
I hope it helps!

Thanks, but I'm not sure that will work on older cars that have simple bluetooth and no built-in android. Again...I'm not sure, but I'm done wasting time with it. Mine works, but I have to let the car and the phone discover each other; both phone and audio. Then, on the phone, I have to turn off the phone audio connection, and then turn it back on again, and the audio connects every time. I have to do this whether it's the car, or my bluetooth speakers in the house. It's a pain, but it works everytime.
