Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
It might be worth just double checking the preferences for this.
Personally I use Hey Google ' Google Assistant ' which continues to provide a detailed response.
You could also send feedback via your Samsung Members App.
