Best way to take fast sport photos 📸.

How do I take fast sport photos on my S24 Ultra?

I can't find the option.

I'm sure someone will come up with a way they do it. But if you are familiar with camera settings them go to More at the bottom and then select Raw. You can then set aperture and speed as well as focus etc. So for sports keep the speed fast etc. You'll need to test first before you start taking pics for real. Good luck

But am gutted that spending over £1000 for a mobile and the camera is poor especially for me that just wants to point and shoot.

Taking a photo shouldn't be complex.

I googled this issue and there are so many upset S24Ultra users out there.

Samsung should read and react

Now a part of me wishes I waited another year for s25 or consider now to leave Samsung for good.

Been with Samsung since the Galaxy launch.

Might be worth selecting 'motion photo' which will capture short amount of video around the time of the photo which means you can select a specific frame that works best for you...

The pro mode selecting a fast shutter speed is sound advice but not ideal for a point and shoot style approach

I am beginning to dislike the camera more after noticing the "refining picture" is ruining my photos.

I have switched intelligent function to minimimum too

As mention motion photo is better but it does not work with Expert Raw, another option is to download Camera Assistant and turn of focus over speed.

Is Expert Raw the way to go for taking photos?

I'm no camera whizz, but even I find Expert Raw gives better results, its worth playing around and seeing which works for you, I do like the point and shoot with camera assistance and use motion photo to tweak if something was missed.
