Hello has anyone else experience faster battery drainage after updating one UI 7 on your S24 ultra and if you have experience the same thing has anyone been able to sort out the issue and if yes what have you done

I tried this but my Samsung 24 Ultra just turns on. Eventhough I did as it told in the post. And I got a pop up - Back process Failed

After installing One UI 7 on my galaxy s22 ultra, my galaxy watch5 pro, whose battery used to last 2 days, now doesn't last 24 hours.

Same here. Noticed it while using camera even before the update. The phone heat up and screen become very dim even with extra brightness. Whats the point of high knit when the screen brightness cut to half with heat. Cant even see the picture outdoor.  Then, updated to ui7 thought it will solve it and wallaa..the phone gone from hot to flaming hot like something gonna burn thru it. Put it aside and wont dare to touch afraid of anything burst. Think Im gonna switch to Chinese flagship which is available in my country. Those are much better hardware at cheaper price. The rising star tend to give more to customer and sadly, Samsung was the rising star many years ago. It become so arrogant to a point it took us for granted. 20 years user since my first true-i model. And definitely bye next year. Oppo fold next.

Are users experiencing accelerated battery drain following the One UI 7 upgrade? Despite consistent usage patterns compared to previous UI versions, I'm observing approximately 50% faster battery depletion.

I expericnced the same thing for almost couple of weeks but it has become much better since then almost close to normal

Using the Samsung Phone App (not the Google one)

Dial *#9900# then scroll down to battery stats reset. Click then restart your phone.

Make sure Auto Blocker is turned off when doing this.

I believe what would have helped is the 14-day calibration period after the update.
