artifacts on images taken w 12mp camera

 this was taken with the 12mp camera, as u can see theres almost a static filter over it which obscures detail among other things

 50mp camera for reference. this is a blanket.

why is this happening and can i turn it off? its ***** up my selfies bc this also occurs on the front facing camera.

Is the optimisation in your camera settings set to minimum.

this isnt the issue im having. these photos arent taken with night mode and there arent any lines in the pictures. i posted examples of what i was talking about. also, my phone is an s24.
