Is anyone else having issues trying to connect their s24 ultra with with andruid ulta??

I am getting nothing. I've uninstalled and I have had a small update can anyone helo?? It's the same cable that I used with my s23 ultra.

Did you check the link on my first post to Samsung's support?

According to Samsung, this problem can be resolved by updating the vehicle’s firmware to the latest version. It seems that there is a compatibility issue with how IPs  are assigned. Your car is fairly new, but they might have an old firmware. Or you might need to update only the infotainment system software.

I did get an Android auto update very recently. Google are good at breaking stuff.

Mine was disconnecting after a few mins using a USB 3.1 cable which was fine on a Pixel 4xl. This is with a Ford.

I bought a Samsung slow standard A to C cable and its been working fine since.

I have a VW and mine is working fine with a C to A cable.

Thanks for the info sent. I have tried uninstalling Auto and then reinstalling it. I have tried different cables, no change. Ive looked into the settings on the info screen, nothing . I don't know if its a Google fault or a Honda fault but I didt think it was going to be a new phone fault. Samsung must have an idea of what else can be done for S24 ultra users?

My Auto stopped working after the last update, this I where the problems started.

Do you have a USB A port in your car? Mine is working on a VW using a USB A to C cable.

I have a dedicated usb plug for connecting my phone so it will allow Auto to work.
