Hi gang
I'm having problems accessing some websites from my phone. Nothing mucky, my phone is not allowing me to access through links once searched. It's probably a setting I need to deactivate, but I'm unsure as to which. It's doing my head in. If someone could help I would very much appreciate it. Thanks in advance I have included some screenshots as well.

Try rebooting the phone in safe mode.

Does it happen on both mobile data and wifi? Does it happen when you are connecting to any WiFi network?

It has all the signs of an ad blocker or some settings with the phone, the router or the Internet provider.

I think it is very difficult that the provider is blocking access to ads sites, but if you try connecting using mobile data and have wifi turn off, will test your network as the provider, then turn off data mobile and enable wifi. Of course you could try connecting to a different WiFi network as well. You could also try you WiFi with a different device.

The router might have some setting to block those sites. Connecting to other WiFi network, mobile data should rule that out.

I think it's the WiFi to be honest. Now that you've pointed that out. I've nearly thrown the phone across the room in frustration. ***** thing😂😂😂

Is it working fine over mobile data?

I stopped that lot. It seems it's the WiFi but I don't know what to set out disabled in that. It's one of those eero routers and talk talk provider.

Seems so I'm using an eero router and talk talk is the provider. But I can't see what's causing the problem to alter the settings.

Is your eero router connected to the ISP cable directly? Or do you have it connected to another router?

It seems that the only way to configure the eero router is using the App. Check for parental controls, or some sort of those settings.

I've knocked the DNS off, well changed it to custom. There doesn't seem to be anything that is changeable. I'll be changing provider soon anyway as not paying their prices

Thanks my friend I managed to find their add blocker, and disabled it. The confusing part is. It started the spelling is wrong on the domain and highlighted the Google add service. So you look everywhere else. But I think that has sorted it out. They don't make it easy to find.

I am glad it is sorted. Do change the ISP. Those eero routers are something.
