A very annoying issue with the s24 ultra

ever since i got this phone it was working very well and smooth,  that was until i decided to update it which i should have never done, now the phone constantly drops between 24 to 30 and 60hz when typing or watching videos and its annoying as hell, is there any fix for this? because i did not pay 900 bucks for a stuttering piece of *****

it does not matter if the hz counter is off or on because i am that type of person who can notice the hz without a counter, same on the PC for that knowing part, i have no issues telling which is  30, 60 and 120+ I think i will just force 120 all the time with PC because this adaptive refresh is very dumb, you do not need a counter to notice stuttering that just is common sense if you are a long time user and a hardware nerd, also i tried it on normal videos and it drops even down to 24hz and 30 switching constantly, i think ill just sell this phone

nevermind i have found a fix, sam helper, i can now watch everything in constant 120hz and low as only 60hz when doing nothing, good job samsung on not being helpful by yourself
