I ordered Galaxy S24 Ultra Case Smart View Wallet Case from 2 different carriers because it was not available from Samsung itself when I bought the s24. The quality is poor. I put my driver's license in the cover and it slides out. in front of the screen or completely out of the wallet. It happened with both cases. Too bad, because this problem did not occur with the s23 wallet. I hope the case will be improved.

If the quality is bad you should return them to those sellers. If its ordered online you should get your money back. In terms of the case you could contact Samsung to tell them its bad quality, if thats the case.
