UNBELIEVABLY RUBBISH VIDEO CAMERA S24 ULTRA

To my complete shock and horror, what is considered to be the leading smartphone in the world, and what was meant to be an improvement on the camera of the S23 Ultra, not to mention the S20 Ultra, in the S24 Ultra, is totaal junk!!!

I've called Samsung support about this a number of times, but they do NOTHING!

THE problem is that I cannot make a smooth, normal, decent video anymore because the S24 Ultra's camera keeps on switching from lens to lens, during recording.
Result, the video keeps on jumping from one lens to another, and what is focused at first is out of focus after the switch. 

My S20 Ultra Took FAR BETTER videos that the 4 years more advanced S24 ULTRA. 

Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. 

They think throwing AI on this phone can disguise the fact that this phone no longer takes decent, normal, reliable videos. 

If I move the camera towards a subject, the lenses switch. 
If I move the camera to the left or the right, the lenses switch. 
If I move the camera away from a subject, the lenses switch.

And switching off the setting "Lens switching" doesn't stop this from happening. 

With my S20 Ultra, I used to make videos every single moment of the day, every day, because the quality of the videos was just immaculate. 

Note I avoid using the video on the camera of the S24 Ultra. 

I can't express how betrayed I feel by Samsung, who charged me €1800,- for this phone, the S24 Ultra. 

After this, I will move to a new brand, unless Samsung fixes this problem. And offers me an Alternative phone, they will take smooth, consistent and excellent videos.

Bedankt voor jouw bericht. Via onze Samsung Members-app kun je een foutrapport indienen, open de Samsung Members-app en kies voor Ondersteuning. Scroll je dan iets naar beneden, dan zie je de optie staan om een Foutrapport in te dienen. Mijn collega's kunnen dit dan verder onderzoeken en nagaan of dit met een update vanuit ons kan worden verholpen. Laat weten of het lukt.

Thank you for your message and feedback. Via the Samsung Members-app you can also send in an error report to my colleagues of the R&D department. They can investigate this and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as possible.
