My S20 fe would connect to WiFi in my local pub but my new s23 fe connects but no Internet any ideas?

It may connect, but has the pub got service. You can connect without service.

I'm having similar issues at home. S20fe been fine for years. Got my s23fe 2 weeks ago and it's constantly either connected with no Internet or totally disconnected from WiFi. I'm within my 14 days refund period, but no idea how to request one
