Why can't I boot into recovery mode? - S23 Ultra

Hey folks. Hope you all are well.

Just a quick one here - I am trying to enter recovery mode on my s23 ultra, but with absolutely no luck. I've did the usual steps (Plug into pc/tv, hold down power/volume button etc). But it doesn't work. the device gives me this error ⬇️

This is so annoying for no reason! Any help would be appreciated.

used volume up, And got the error

Try volume down

Try connect to other phone via USB C

You could try to disable auto blocker and disable maximum restrictions
