That's unusual @Maolo
May I ask which apps are doing this ?
To add you could clear their cache via Settings > Apps > Choose the app > Storage > Clear Cache > Then see what happens.
Also their is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
You could also uninstall the app (s) from your phone and from your MyLibrary in your Playstore and redownload them.
A last resort is to back up and factory reset.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hello BandOfBrothers
I did first Clear Partition Section, after that Repair Apps and cleared their cash via Settings > Apps > Choose the app > Storage > Clear Cache. Now I test smartphone.
"May I ask which apps are doing this ?" - Apps which I have chosen to add on main display. See bellow showed by red color. I unlock display by swipe.

If this problem continues after clear apps' cache and clear partition cache, factory reset, what is the next step to be resolved it?
PP. I did many times Factory reset before, but this did not solve the problem.
Thanks.

I've discovered this issue in another thread. Basically after you press your lock button, there is still a small amount of time (~less than half a second) that touch inputs still register even after the screen goes dark. There's no real solution other than trying to avoid touching your screen for a couple seconds after you lock it. Someone suggested changing the animation scales/durations in developer options to 0.5. They said they encounter this problem less often now. Hope this helps anyone else who finds this!
