Why is there no Voice Focus mode when earbuds / headphones are connected? Is this something that can be implemented please. The essence of the voice focus mode is to shut out background noise during calls and should be implemented for all scenarios - without earbuds connected and with earbuds connected.

Personally I find that ANC ~ Active Noise Cancelling on my Samsung Buds Live Earbuds does a pretty good job @ExcelDec

The built in microphones on the phone itself also help.

That said Samsung always welcome feedback to further improve the customer experience with their products.

This can be sent via your Samsung Members App.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I use the Galaxy buds2 pro wirh my Samsung galaxy S23 ultra and my experience has been horrible. When on WhatsApp calls, my caller can hear pretty much everything in my background, even the chirping of birds! This shouldn't be the case.

That's obviously how the earbuds should work if the setting is activated in the earphone settings in the Wearable App.

Maybe reset the earbuds and see if that helps @ExcelDec

The background noise is terrible when using the galaxy buds in a conference call on messenger or whatsapp. The iphone users have noise isolation and works perfect with any type of headset but when I connect the buds, the voice focus deactivates automaticly and THERE IS NO SETTING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!
It really bothers the other participants in the conference.
Not to say if someone is driving with the buds on, the rest of the people leave the conversation 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

That would be fine if we were not referring to the caller's, not our own, audio experience. iPhone has "voice isolation" but my galaxy z fold 5 has nothing I can use. My husband, on his iphone, sounds like he's in a soundproof booth of his driving with a window open. In contrast, if I'm in a quiet house and my dog walks across the floor with her fingernails, it sounds like a firing squad to the person on the other end of the phone. This is very tricky to explain to people at the Verizon store. I wish I could get voice isolation. For this feature alone I'm seriously considering changing to iPhone.

This has been my experience for the past 2 years, and I thought it was probably because my buds live was old. Then, I changed to beats studio pro, and it is the same thing!!!

what is going on? it was never like this before!!

Samsung get your ass in gear and fix this problem. It's not rocket science if iphone currently have a feature called "voice Isolation" I just wasted $1000 bucks on a phone i thought would block out noice with your so called "voice focus" so called feature. Junk junk junk. Why?  You are going to start losing customers to Apple iPhone. Because now you have lose one starting with me. I'm bring back the peice of ***** 25+ to get voice isolation.  It's not a hard concept and noise active canceling headphones are a scam they do ***** for the person your talking to. The technology is there fix the ***** problem. All ups drivers are switching from Samsung to iPhone that at least 100000 drivers nation wide or possibly more.
