Voice Assistant

I have been using my S23 for quite a while now. I love this phone; it has everything I need. The only problem I have encountered is the voice assistant.

Dear Samsung, on a serious note, I think Bixby needs a revamp and updates so it could be more accurate and customizable.

As you know, these days, all other voice assistants are just getting better and better.

Please roll out a Bixby update as soon as possible.

My preference has always been the Google Assistant. 

In what way is Bixby not working for you @Khush1 

If you can send detailed feedback via your Samsung Members App then Samsung can pass this to the relevant department.

Well google assistant is great alternative but originalty of samsung is Bixby.

I have faced few issues like...

# bixby randomly turns on after hearing random sounds.

# most of the time bixby don't reply to my voice.

# if i ask some extra questions to bixby it says i don't understand...

# works pretty well with on device functions but integration with third party applications is not that good like if i ask it to search some topic on youtube it says i don't understand that....

I really want bixby to perform really well like other voice assistants and with the Galaxy AI bixby can get to ***** powerful.

Kudos to samsung for Galaxy AI.

I agree that Google Assistant and Gmini could be more accurate than Bixby, but recently, I was getting a pop-up from Google Assistant and Gmini every time I was trying to take a voice message on WhatsApp. Then, I had to disable the assistant because of it.
