Hi! I'm looking forward to my S23 Ultra arriving next week. I plan to use Smart Switch to transfer my data from my existing Note10+. My question is: what happens to the data on the micro sd card on the Note? Does SS transfer that too? If so, where does it put it on the internal storage of the new phone. Does it preserve the folder structure and filenames of the card's contents? Or, do I have to transfer that content manually?
Thanks, Steve

Do you have specifics as to the 'issues'. I teach mobile phones to those who are struggling with setting them up and any information as to what hasn't worked for 'most' would be really helpful. Big thanks! 👍

App incompatibilities to heating or battery drains, laggy phones etc.

This is really helpful, thanks! I'd expect it to heat up, wouldn't you? I always use Samsung App Booster on a laggy phone - that can help a lot!

Yeah initial heat up is expected as its syncing and stuff.
He mostly occurs when there is a change in android software and a few third party apps may not be compatible or updated.

Smartswitch is ***** and Samsung is unreliable. Constant issues with everything, apps, updates... Been a Samsung user for over a decade. Switching to the iPhone, solely for Samsung making my life hard for no reason. Dude, just let me transfer my files and F off.
