I'd suggest to reach out to your Samsung Service Centre and or Samsung Customer Services for official clarification.
As far as I can see from information via a Google Search the advice given is that the sPen nibs work from previous models of Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone's. 🤔
Also sPen nibs are available from amazon albeit some won't be oem Samsung nibs.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I tried to order those nibs from Samsung a while back and I honestly forget the sequence of events. I don't believe they're listed as an accessory on the official Samsung sites. The entire back and forth with email took months.
I really don't remember if Samsung sent me a nib or nibs or whether I ordered them online from a third party, but I acquired them somehow.
I'd look online and buy through Amazon. Also, you might get lucky and receive a free one from a Samsung Store you visit.
I found a nib, two actually, one with an extractor tool, that I either received from Samsung or that I ordered and if you want, I can send it to you.
I'll order the S24 Ultra in a few weeks and don't need a new nib. Would you need the extractor tool or do you already have one and just need a nib? (You could probably just use your fingernails and a magnifying glass to remove the nib in your S-Pen.)

It's coming back to me. After going back and forth with Samsung Customer Support, I believe I received those nibs for free from a Samsung employee.
