Update taking away features

Recently I've decided to customize my phone, but then I realise that you can't change the colour of folders and you can't add custom ringtones. I've checked on the S23 too and both features are unavailable.

If you use samsung music app open album click 3 little dots on a music track you like and select( set as ) should be bottom of the list

I'm using a custom ringtone on both S23U and S24U

Why can't you use a custom ringtone? I have one on my S24 Ultra and S21 Ultra.
